Allison Kushner

Allison Kushner currently serves as the Director of the Disability Equity Office and ADA Coordinator at the University of Michigan, where responsibilities include overseeing the office's growth and ensuring compliance with disability laws. Prior to this, Allison held the position of ADA Coordinator and Director of the Accessibility & Accommodations Division at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on ADA compliance and accessibility improvements. Earlier roles included corporate governance and compliance officer for the State Universities Retirement System and attorney/legal department manager at The Wilber Lane Law Firm, with expertise in subrogation and regulatory compliance. Allison holds a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
