Brian Doughty

Brian Doughty is currently the Associate General Counsel at the University of Michigan, where they leverage their extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law. Previously, Brian served as Intellectual Property Counsel at HARMAN International and held various roles, including Associate at Brooks Kushman P.C. and Summer Associate positions at Fitch Even Tabin & Flannery. Brian earned a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering and a J.D. from the University of Michigan, and has developed specialized skills in Patent Litigation, Trademark Infringement, and Patent Portfolio Management throughout their career.
