Brian Royer

Brian Royer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Application Programmer at the University of Michigan since October 2016, Brian developed the innovative PathTrack system utilizing Go, React, and Kubernetes to enhance specimen tracking and visualization. Prior to this role, Brian was the Owner and Full-Stack Developer at Fusion Design, where custom IT solutions were delivered with a focus on Laravel. As Lead Web Developer at Advantage Computer Services, project development and client engagement were key responsibilities. Earlier career roles included technical positions at Sprint and Geek Squad, providing repair and customer support. Brian pursued studies at Kalamazoo Valley Community College from 2009 to 2010.
