Chris Allen

Chris Allen, CPA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Real Estate at the University of Michigan, overseeing real estate matters for multiple campuses and Michigan Medicine since March 2018. Responsibilities include managing all transactions related to real estate, such as purchases, sales, leasing, and property encumbrances. Prior to this role, Chris Allen worked at McKinley, Inc. as the Assistant Vice President, Director of Special Projects, where involvement included transactional efforts and special projects under the Office of the CEO. Chris Allen began the career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Experienced Assurance Associate, providing assurance and advisory services within the Consumer and Industrial Products sector. Academic qualifications include a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Strategy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
