Eric Barritt

Eric Barritt serves as the Senior Associate Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Michigan Medicine, where a team of 150 development professionals surpassed fundraising goals significantly during the Victors for Michigan Campaign, including a major gift of $150 million for the Rogel Cancer Center. In addition to this role, Barritt is the President of Eric Barritt Consulting, LLC, focusing on non-profit consulting and philanthropic resource development. As an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan, Barritt teaches a graduate-level fundraising course and has held various leadership roles in development throughout his career, including Vice President of Development at Oakland University and Corporate Vice President of Development at the Detroit Medical Center. Barritt's educational background includes degrees in Economics and Public Administration from the University of Michigan, along with executive education programs at Harvard University and the Wharton School.
