Eric Lakin

Eric Lakin has over two decades of experience in data center and information systems management, currently serving as the Director of Data Centers and Information Systems at the University of Michigan since September 2014. Lakin's previous roles at the University include Director of Data Centers, Assistant Director of Data Center Engineering and Operations, and Storage and Data Center Engineering Manager. Prior to the University of Michigan, Lakin worked at CHE / Trinity Health as Manager of Infrastructure Operations and held various positions at Electronic Data Systems, including Systems Integration Manager and Systems Administrator/Project Manager, as well as the role of Convergence Manager at Teoma Systems.
