Ha TH Vu

Ha TH Vu, Ph.D., is a Lead Bioinformatician at the University of Michigan, where they study Type 2 Diabetes mechanisms by integrating multi-omics and population genetics data. They obtained a Ph.D. in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Iowa State University, where they also served as a Computational Biologist Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Previously, Ha worked as a Mathematics Instructor at Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted and as a Course Developer for College Scout Vietnam, preparing students for standardized tests. They hold a Bachelor of Science and Education in Mathematics Education from Hanoi National University of Education.
