Henry Johnson

Henry Johnson is an experienced coach in adaptive track & field, currently serving at the University of Michigan since May 2023, where responsibilities include writing training plans and providing athlete instruction. As Head Coach at Runline Coaching since August 2022, Henry designs periodized training for track & field and cross country athletes. As a student-athlete at the University of Michigan since August 2021, Henry achieved notable accolades including a Big Ten Bronze Medal and All-American honors. Additional experience includes fieldwork at Performance Mechanics, assisting with strength and conditioning programs for professional athletes, and coaching at TheOnlineRunningCoach.com. Henry is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at the University of Michigan.
