Herek Clack

Herek Clack is currently an Associate Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan and serves as the Chief Scientific Officer of Taza Aya. They have extensive experience in mechanical and environmental engineering, specializing in thermal and fluid sciences, combustion emissions, multi-phase transport phenomena, and airborne pathogens. Previously, Herek held academic positions at the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of Michigan, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at NIST. Their professional background includes working as a Member of the Technical Staff at Rockwell Collins. Herek obtained their education from the University of California, Berkeley.
