Jacob MacKenzie

Jacob Mackenzie is an experienced Physician Assistant with a diverse background in emergency medicine and neurosurgery. Currently serving as a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant at the University of Michigan since June 2019, Jacob also works as a part-time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant at Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital and Munising Memorial Hospital, where responsibilities include providing solo coverage in rural emergency departments. Additionally, Jacob has been involved with the University of Michigan Health System as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in a high-volume trauma center since July 2010 and previously worked with EPMG-Emergency Physicians Medical Group until 2010. Jacob holds a Graduate Certificate in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia University and an MPAS in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
