Jena Ault

Jena Ault, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, currently serving as the Associate Director of Finance for the University of Michigan's Office of the Vice President for Research since June 2006. In this role, Jena collaborates with the Executive Director of Business Operations on financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls. Previous positions include Financial Manager for the Office of Technology Transfer, where oversight encompassed budgeting and revenue management, as well as Tax Manager, handling compliance and staff supervision. Before joining the University of Michigan, Jena held roles including Payroll Tax Supervisor at Bowling Green State University and Accounting Manager at Petkwitz & Ault, P.C. Jena began a professional career as a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Jena holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
