Jianping Fu

Jianping Fu is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where they have been serving since 2009. They previously held the position of Associate Professor at the University of Michigan College of Engineering from 2015 to 2021. Jianping began their academic journey as an undergraduate student at the University of Science and Technology of China and progressed to graduate research assistant roles at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, they completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania from 2007 to 2009.
