John Rotche

John Rotche, CFE, serves as the Director of MPower and Entrepreneurship for Michigan Football at the University of Michigan since January 2023. Rotche founded Franworth in June 2015 and currently holds the positions of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, having developed a successful model for teaching franchisors. Past leadership roles include CEO and President at TITLE Boxing Club from May 2012 to December 2020, and President of BELFOR Franchise Group from July 2007 to March 2012. Rotche has also served as Brand President at Service Brands International, Chief Operations Officer at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and Corporate Operations Director at Domino's Pizza. Rotche earned a BA in Management from the University of Michigan between 1986 and 1990.
