Kevin Yang

Kevin Yang is a Bioinformatics PhD candidate at the University of Michigan, where studies have focused on enhancing computational methods in genomics since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Researcher at Vanderbilt University, where projects involved using deep learning to predict enhancer activity and investigating manganese's effects on Huntington's Disease, as well as a Data Scientist Intern at Innovation Incubator Inc. and earlier research at Case Western Reserve University and Kent State University. Kevin Yang earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Vanderbilt University in 2019.
