Larry Brinker, Jr. serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Brinker since January 2014 and holds multiple leadership roles, including President of both Brinker Group and L.S. Brinker Company. Brinker is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan and a Board Member at Invest Detroit, both starting in 2024. Additionally, Brinker is involved with the University of Michigan as a Board Member of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Friends Association since January 2020. Brinker has also acted as a national judge for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in June 2018. Brinker’s previous experience includes serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Construction Association of Michigan from February 2015 to February 2016. Brinker earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, graduating in 2001.
