Michael Baker

Michael Baker, MD, FACEP, currently serves as the National Director of Virtual Health at Envision Physician Services, leading initiatives to enhance telemedicine workflows for patient care. With extensive experience in emergency medicine, Baker has held several leadership positions including Regional Director of Virtual Health and Director of TeleHealth at EPMG. Active within the American College of Emergency Physicians since 2011, Baker has been involved in various roles, including ACEP Board of Director Candidate and Councilor for the Michigan Chapter. Additional contributions include serving as a faculty member for the University of Michigan/St. Joseph Mercy Emergency Medicine Residency, co-chairing the Emergency Department Information Technology Committee at Trinity Health, and previously holding the CEO position at CAREnQ. Baker's leadership also extends to the Michigan College of Emergency Physicians, where past presidential roles were undertaken to promote leadership development and advance emergency medicine initiatives.
