Ram Vasudevan serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan since 2015, previously holding the position of Assistant Professor. In addition to academic roles, Ram co-founded patients.app in October 2024 and co-founded Refraction AI from 2019 until September 2024. Prior academic experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014. Ram holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), a Master of Science (MS), and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences, all from the University of California, Berkeley.
