Tim Ahlgren is an experienced IT professional with over two decades of expertise in desktop support and technical solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Specialist at the University of Michigan since August 1998, Tim provides advanced research and desktop support for faculty, staff, and students within the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. In addition, Tim holds the position of President at O-MI-O Leathercrafters Guild since January 2010 and previously founded RAD Technologies & Solutions, Inc. Tim began a career in technology at National TechTeam, where responsibilities included scheduling analysis and staffing recommendations. Tim graduated from North Allegheny High School with a diploma in 1983.
