Abhishek Kulkarni has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Abhishek is currently the Head of People & Organization at Umicore Bharat (India), where they focus on driving transformative strategies to contribute to the organization's sustainable success. Prior to this, they worked at Sandvik Coromant as the Manager of HR & IR, leading various HR and administrative functions for a workforce of 1300 employees. Abhishek also played a crucial role in formulating HR and ER frameworks aligned with long-term business goals and driving organizational improvement programs.

Earlier in their career, Abhishek held multiple roles at Sandvik, including HR & IR Professional, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist, HR Advisor, Deputy Manager of HR Shared Services, and HR Specialist. During this time, they gained experience in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, HR policy interpretation, and the implementation of HR processes. Abhishek also worked as a HR Analyst at Sandvik Group India, where they were responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, performance management, training and development, and expatriate administration.

Abhishek's career began at Sandvik Asia Ltd., where they worked as a Project Trainee, gaining experience in recruitment and employee engagement programs.

In addition to their formal education, Abhishek has obtained various certifications in areas such as talent management, career coaching, lean six sigma, and personal finance.
