Benoît Stevens

Benoît Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Benoît started their career at TOTAL in 1997 as a Credit Risk Assistant Manager. In 1998, they moved to Deloitte where they held various roles, including Audit and Enterprise Risk Services Director and Belgian Leader Sustainability Services. In 2012, they joined UCB as a Finance Director, overseeing financial functions and directing overall financial policies. Benoît later became the VP, Finance and Administration/R2R and then VP, Head of Finance Operations EMEA. In 2016, they took on the role of Permanent University Lecturer at ICHEC Brussels Management School. Currently, they are working at Umicore as the Head of Share Finance and previously held the position of Head of Global Finance Services. Benoît recently transitioned to VP Group Controlling and Accounting.

Benoît Stevens completed their education with a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance from Ichec Brussels Management School in the years 1993 to 1998. Benoît then pursued further education in Financial Risk Management, earning a Master's degree from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they attended IBR IRE - Certified Public Auditor Institut Belgium, where they obtained a certification in Financial Audit from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, they attended ADEME in 2007 to study Carbon Risk Management.
