Bernhard Fuchs

Bernhard Fuchs, Dr. has extensive experience in the precious metals industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Precious Metals Management and Market Solutions at Umicore since August 2009, where Bernhard also holds the position of Vorstand at Umicore AG&CoKG and President of Umicore Greater China. In addition, Bernhard Fuchs chairs the German Precious Metals Federation and the International Platinum Group Metals Association. Previous roles include CFO at Allgemeine Gold- und Silberscheideanstalt AG and Chief of Staff & Company Secretary at dmc2 AG, along with legal positions in labor law at Degussa AG and a foundational role as an apprentice banker at Commerzbank AG. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Law from The University of Freiburg and participation in an executive program at INSEAD.
