Dankwaart Leen

Dankwaart Leen currently serves as Site HR Lead at Umicore, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this, Dankwaart Leen was with CNH Industrial for nearly four years, holding roles as Head of HR Antwerp and Compensation & Benefits Manager for BeNeLux. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Audi Brussels S.A./N.V. in Compensation & Benefits and HR Projects, and serving as HR Officer at Groupon Belgium and Samsung Electronics. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Antwerp Management School and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from KU Leuven, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven.
