Gunther Janssens

Gunther Janssens is an experienced IT Network Operations Manager at Umicore since September 2015. Previously, Janssens contributed to Mondelēz International from October 2009 to July 2015, leading the global deployment of a Unified Communications platform based on MS Lync and ensuring network readiness for enterprise voice solutions. Prior roles at Mondelēz included service delivery positions in unified communications for the EMEA region and various service delivery analyst roles focused on network and cross-functional areas. Early career experience as a system/network engineer was gained at LU General Biscuits from March 2003 to November 2009. Educational credentials include a Graduate degree in Telecommunications and an Engineer's Degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics, energy, and automation from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
