Laurent Faillon

Laurent Faillon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Currently, they hold the position of Director Operations Europe & South Africa at Umicore, starting in November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Plant Manager at Freudenberg Performance Materials from May 2022 to November 2023. Laurent also had a long tenure at Umicore, where they served in various roles including Plant Manager, Quality Manager, Process & Technology Manager, Process Engineer, and Process Development Manager from 2007 to 2022. Before joining Umicore, Laurent worked at Delphi as a Catalyst Development Manager and Process Engineer from 2001 to 2007.

Laurent FAILLON attended ENSCL from 1996 to 2001, earning a degree in Chemistry.
