Menno van der Winden

Menno Van der Winden currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer at Umicore since June 2023. Prior to this role, Van der Winden was with Tata Steel in Europe from January 2014 to June 2023, holding various positions including Head of Data Insights, General Manager of Advanced Analytics, and General Manager of Product Management & Development. Earlier experience at Tata Steel from January 2006 to January 2014 includes roles as General Manager of New Product Development and Department Manager. Menno Van der Winden holds an MBA in strategy from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School (2001-2007), a PhD in Metallurgy from The University of Sheffield (1995-1998), and an M.Eng in Materials from Delft University of Technology (1988-1994).
