Mikhail Koloskov

Mikhail Koloskov is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Umicore since March 2022, Mikhail focuses on developing capabilities for the OSIsoft PI System and integrating it with other systems. Prior to this, Mikhail worked as Technology Manager for Digital Assets at IPCOS, where responsibilities included defining transition architectures for digitalization programs. Mikhail's earlier positions include High-performance Computing Services Lead at Shell, where a consistent IT infrastructure was maintained across Subsurface Computing Centers, and Solutions Architect/Team Lead at Salym Petroleum Development, where enterprise architecture projects and Business Intelligence programs were led. Mikhail's career began as an Internet projects manager at RBC SOFT and TeleType Studio, after earning a Specialist degree in Astronomy and Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
