Piotr Kozyra

Piotr Kozyra is an accomplished Maintenance, Reliability & Engineering Manager at Umicore since August 2020, leading the Maintenance and Local Engineering Department with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture through defined objectives and KPIs. Previously, Piotr served as the Maintenance & Engineering Manager at Lincoln Electric from January 2019 to July 2020, where responsibilities included enhancing production line performance and overseeing complex technical projects. With a foundation in reliability management gained during a 14-year tenure at Cargill, Piotr advanced from Project Engineer to Reliability Supervisor, coordinating a team and developing maintenance strategies to optimize plant productivity and asset reliability. Piotr holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a postgraduate degree from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
