Pankaj Sharma

Pankaj Sharma is a seasoned professional in the finance and agriculture sectors, currently serving as the National Sales Head for Small Ticket Business Loans (MSME/LAP) at Ummeed Housing Finance Pvt. Ltd. since January 2022. Previously, Pankaj held the position of Area Sales Manager at Finova Capital and served as Cluster Head at AU Small Finance Bank, focusing on Agri Lending and MSME business. Pankaj's career began at ICICI Bank as an Assistant Manager and included roles as a Relationship Manager at HDFC Bank and Sales Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, where team leadership was a key responsibility.
