Aditi Shah

Aditi Shah has extensive experience in therapy and child development, currently serving as a Senior Therapist and Trainer at Ummeed Child Development Center since March 2018, where prior roles included Therapist and Junior Therapist. Aditi worked at NSS Hill Spring International School as a Shadow Teacher and Counselor, providing support to students, and previously held the position of Shadow Teacher at Planet Investments & Ventures Pte Ltd as a Neuro Linguistic Communications Designer Intern. Aditi's early career includes internships in psychological testing and assessment at Grant Medical College and Topiwala National Medical College, as well as HR support roles at Aon Hewitt and Symantec. Aditi holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from SNDT Women's College and has completed various training programs, including a Mental Health Training Program at Ummeed Child Development Centre.
