Ahmad al-Najada

Ahmad Al-Najada is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as IT Technical Support Team Leader at Umniah since August 2023, Ahmad has previously worked as a Technical Support Specialist at OPTIMIZA from December 2018 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as System Admin and Network Engineer at Isra University from May 2014 to April 2018, where responsibilities included designing and installing computer networks and configuring Microsoft Windows Servers. Ahmad's career began as a Computer Technician at the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College from February 2007 to January 2014, focusing on hardware and software troubleshooting. Ahmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Isra University and a Diploma in Information Technology from Prince Faisal Technical College.
