Keith Ong is a seasoned supply chain and operations professional with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as Manager of Supply Chain & Operations at U Mobile since January 2024, Keith is responsible for device inventory management, demand planning strategies, and cross-functional team governance. Prior to this, Keith held managerial positions at Teleport, leading significant projects in delivery operations and supply chain optimization from August 2020 to January 2024. Keith also has a strong background in key account management and logistics, having worked at On Time Express Ltd. and Kintetsu World Express, where expertise in client relationship building and tailored logistics solutions was developed. Earlier roles in the airline industry, including positions at AirAsia and Pos Aviation, contributed to Keith's dynamic skill set in operations and customer service. Keith holds an Associate's degree in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences from Providence University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
