Mohamad Razlan Abdul Rashid

Mohamad Razlan Abdul Rashid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at U Mobile since January 2019, Mohamad leads the Service Operations Center for Network, overseeing a team of approximately 30 personnel in network surveillance and fault management to enhance service availability and restoration. Previously, from January 2005 to August 2008, Mohamad worked as an Engineer at TIME dotCom Berhad, where responsibilities included managing special projects for the SDH (Fiber) network, IP Core network, and Metro E, as well as creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for the Network Control Center. Mohamad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, completed in 2003.
