Jennifer Lester has over 25 years of work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, IT & Informatics at Umoja Biopharma since October 2021. Additionally, Jennifer is an Independent Consultant at pearl42 consulting LLC. Previously, they have held executive roles at Bristol Myers Squibb and Juno Therapeutics, Inc., where they were Vice President of Technology and Cell Therapy Digital Platform. Jennifer also worked at Amgen, Immunex, and STATPROBE in various managerial and directorial roles.
