Luke Salvoni

Luke Salvoni is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach with a strong background in software development and servant leadership. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at uMotif since August 2021, Luke facilitates Scrum events for multiple distributed development teams and promotes agile practices across the organization. As the founder of Piccolo Picco Ltd, Luke provides consultancy services in freelance coaching and development. Previous roles include Agile Coach at Ascent Software, Scrum Master and Lead Mobile & iOS Developer at Induction Healthcare Group PLC, and Lead iOS Developer positions at Laundrapp and London & Partners. With a BSc (Hons) in Games Software Development from Sheffield Hallam University and a Certified Scrum Master qualification, Luke has a comprehensive understanding of both technical and agile methodologies, driving improvement and efficiency in development teams throughout their career.
