Rafael Martins has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Rafael started as a Real Estate Broker at Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis in 2015, then moved on to Senior Sales Account Executive at Nube - Núcleo Brasileiro de Estágios in 2017. In 2018, they became Manager of Sales at Easy Carros and in 2019, Senior Business Project Manager at Cerberus In Sole. In 2020, they took on the role of Sales Technical Lead at Omnibees, followed by Senior Key Account Executive at iFood and Senior Sales Account Executive at SenseData in 2021. This year, they are currently working as Sales Tech Lead and Senior Account Manager at uMov.me.

Rafael Martins is currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at Estácio, which they began in 2020. Prior to this, they completed a Front End Developer course at Arbyte in 2020. Rafael also completed a Full Stack Developer course at Danki.Code from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they studied Marketing at Centro Universitário Braz Cubas from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they obtained an Especialização in Técnicas de Vendas from Instituto Brasileiro de Vendas - IBVendas. Additionally, they are expected to obtain certifications in Escutatória and Selling Skills: habilidades para ser um bom vendedor from Escola Conquer in June 2022.
