Tara Sears

Tara Sears, MA, CHC, is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at Umpqua Health since May 2017, Tara has previously held the role of Compliance Specialist. Prior to this, Tara worked at River Oak Center for Children from March 2006 to April 2017 as a Utilization Review Specialist, where responsibilities included overseeing the Utilization Review Department and analyzing clinical documentation. Tara's earlier positions include Residential Care Provider at Stanford Home for Children and various roles during studies at Humboldt State University, including Post Graduate Student Research Assistant and Graduate Student in the ACT program against violence.
