Madison Murphy is a dedicated educator and geospatial analyst with extensive experience in both teaching and data analysis. Currently serving as a 6th Grade Earth Science Teacher at Ums-Wright Preparatory School, Madison previously worked as a Geospatial Analyst II at Optimal GEO, where responsibilities included extracting landscape features and collaborating on data collection projects. At NASA, Madison held various roles, including Communications Fellow and Center Lead, managing teams, securing funding, and developing geospatial projects addressing environmental issues. Earlier experience includes teaching assistance at the University of South Alabama, where Madison supported students in various subjects and facilitated learning for students with disabilities. Madison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of South Alabama.
