Nontobeko Mtshali

Nontobeko Mtshali serves as the IDP Coordinator at uMshwathi Municipality since June 2012, overseeing the integration of various strategies to ensure sustainable growth and equitable resource allocation. Prior experience includes roles as an Educator in the Department of Education, focusing on student administration and mentoring, and as an Environmental Consultant at Lwandisa Environmental, where responsibilities encompassed report compilation, client liaison, and public participation in Environmental Impact Assessments. Nontobeko holds a Bachelor of Honours in Social Sciences (Policy and Development Studies) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed in 2015, and a BA in Geography from the same institution, obtained in 2004.
