Shahril Mizani Ariffin has more than 20 years of experience in the areas related to business strategy, consulting, and transformation across various industries including plantation, healthcare, logistic, aviation, mobility, and investment holding companies. He started his career in Accenture in 2001, where he was involved in technology re-alignment and program management, with a focus on digital transformation. Subsequently, he went to Ethos & Company as the Engagement Manager where he was involved in multiple strategy-related projects, mainly for newly set up government-linked companies. Subsequently, Shahril joined A.T.E.S Sdn Bhd in 2009 wherein he was one of the pioneer team members who built the company from ground zero. He then joined Korn Ferry as a Managing Consultant specializing in various areas of human capital advisory, including organization effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, and talent management. He joined UMW Group on 1 May 2021.
