Brett Effman currently serves as the Manager of Data & Analytics at UM Worldwide since July 2024. Prior to this role, Brett worked as a Senior Analyst in Research at AMC Networks from April 2022 to June 2024 and as an Analyst in Data & Analytics at Digitas North America from July 2021 to April 2022. Brett has significant experience in consulting and analytics, having held positions such as Vice President and Team Leader at 180 Degrees Consulting, where responsibilities included acquiring new clients and developing initiatives for student engagement. Additional experience includes internships focused on analytics at Viacom and Publishers Clearing House, as well as a background in retail sales at Best Buy. Brett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Analytics from Hofstra University, where studies were completed between 2018 and 2021.
