Kaitlyn Decker is an accomplished marketing and media professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and integrated media. Currently serving as Director of Planning at UM Worldwide since September 2024, Kaitlyn oversees client campaigns for General Mills, which includes brands like Annie's and Betty Crocker. Prior roles at Mediahub Worldwide spanned several positions for Netflix, culminating in Associate Media Director. Kaitlyn’s early career includes a marketing associate position at City Treehouse, where significant social media growth and website redesign were achieved, as well as a digital marketing internship at Marvel Entertainment focused on loyalty programs and campaign management. A graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor's degree in Television Studies and Marketing Management, Kaitlyn has also gained experience in marketing consulting and production management at VYDIA.
