Leith Mellors

Leith Mellors is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Global Chief Talent Officer at UM Worldwide since March 2024, Leith previously held the position of Chief People Officer for IPG Mediabrands Canada from August 2013 to March 2024, where impressive achievements included the development of a new talent infrastructure, a significant focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and leading responses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier career roles include Global Director of HR Business Partnerships at Rakuten Kobo Inc., and Director of Human Resources at Cossette, where Leith contributed to strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. Leith holds an Hons. BA in Sociology from McMaster University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
