Nam Tan

NAM TAN has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Human Resources Admin Assistant at TalkingRain Beverage Company. They then worked as a Visual Merchandiser at Inditex, followed by an Administrative Assistant role at HOAMCO. In 2017, they joined Samsung Electronics HCMC CE Complex as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist. In 2019, they moved to VIETNAM SAMHO, where they initially served as an Assistant Manager, responsible for managing the Learning and Development department and overseeing social compliance. They later became the Head of HR - HRM before transitioning to their current role as the Head of HR - Sr. HRM at UnAvailable Ltd. starting in 2021.

Nam Tan obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Seattle Central College from 2009 to 2013. They then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Eastern Washington University from 2013 to 2015, with minors in Psychology and Communication Studies. In July 2018, Nam Tan also obtained a certification in The RBA Labor & Ethics Lead Auditor from Verité.
