Federico Schneeberger

Federico Schneeberger possesses extensive experience in project and service management, currently serving as the Lead Project and Service Manager at UNFCCC since November 2016, after a brief tenure as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Consultant there. Previously, Federico held significant leadership roles at Kapsch TrafficCom, including COO Argentina and Head of PMO, overseeing large teams and ensuring successful project execution. Additional experience includes serving as Delivery Centre Head at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities spanned various IT service lines and industries, as well as positions at ANTEL, CGI, Bell Canada, and UTE, with a focus on telecommunications and systems analysis. Federico holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and a Master's from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
