Sobia I.

Sobia I. currently serves as an International Programmes Officer at SKT Welfare and holds positions as a Youth Leader and Chair on the UNEP-Faith for Earth Youth Council with the UN Environment Programme. Additionally, Sobia I. is a Research Assistant at the University of Birmingham. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Associate at Street Child, YIP Intern at the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, and a Young Women Leader for Peace and Security with UNDP. Sobia I. also has experience in campaigning and event management with Lincoln Corner and has interned in monitoring, evaluation, and research with Kara Kuram Area Development Organization and Women Excellence Empowerment Initiative. Sobia I. holds an MSc in Environment, Politics and Society from UCL, a Master's in Islamic Studies from SOAS University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Gender Studies from Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi.
