Lars Erik Lund is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, sustainability, and communication across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability at Veidekke since September 2020, Lars also holds leadership positions with Grønn Byggallianse, UN Global Compact Norway, and Sisters in Business AS. Previously, Lars held significant roles at Veidekke ASA, Statoil, and Crux Kommunikasjon AS, demonstrating expertise in corporate communication and public affairs. Lars received an Executive Master Module in Sustainable Business Strategy from the Norwegian School of Economics and holds a Siviløkonom degree in Finance and Economics from the same institution, complemented by foundational studies in Political Science at the University of Oslo.

UN Global Compact is the UNs organization for sustainable and responsible business, and is both Norways and the worlds largest corporate sustainability initiative. Together with our members we work to identify and inspire to concrete actions and solutions for the future of business. Our members report yearly on the ten principles for responsible business, which covers human rights, environment, labour and anti corruption.
