Eleanor Mohammed is a distinguished planning professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the National Capital Commission, Eleanor also holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Charlottetown, marking a historical milestone as the first female CAO since the city's incorporation in 1855.
