Jessica Blanco

Jessica Blanco is a seasoned finance and human resources professional with extensive experience in international humanitarian organizations and corporate settings. Currently serving as the Finance and HR Manager at UN-Habitat since May 2023, Jessica has held prominent roles at Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium and France, managing finance and HR operations for various emergency projects. Prior to their work in humanitarian aid, Jessica developed expertise at IBM, where responsibilities included supporting complex deals and enhancing processes. Academically, Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Master's degree in Business Economics focused on social responsibility and the third sector from LARES/UFRJ.
