Liane Freire

Liane Freire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and social impact initiatives. As a Fellow at Ashoka Brasil since 1993, Freire has contributed significantly to various organizations, including serving as a founding partner at Blend Group, BLENDlab, and Bioma Ventures. Currently, Freire coordinates business leaders for Women Led Cities with UN-Habitat and acts as an implementing partner for the UN Habitat City Investment Facility. As President of IMPACT VALLEY, Freire focuses on sustainable development and innovative investment strategies. Additionally, Freire founded Dialog Instituto, where notable projects include the development of public policies in youth engagement and sustainable regional development. Freire holds a fellowship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and has degrees from the University of Maryland and UERJ in Education and Engineering, respectively.
