Gabriela Rosero Moncayo

Gabriela Rosero Moncayo is an experienced professional specializing in international cooperation and economic policy, currently serving as an Investment Fund Specialist and Innovative Financing Initiative Coordinator for UN Women since December 2018. Prior to this, Gabriela held positions as a Senior Advisor in international affairs and development cooperation at the Ministerio de Industrias y Productividad and the Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador, where responsibilities included advising on foreign policy and preparing legislative reports. Additionally, Gabriela served as the Minister for the Ministerio Coordinador de Desarrollo Social del Ecuador, leading humanitarian efforts post-disaster and addressing social policy issues. A graduate with a Master's Degree in Public Policies from Universidad del Desarrollo and an Economist degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Gabriela also holds diplomas in Gender Budgeting and Social Policies.
